COVID-19 has put the establishment timeline back 18 months, however we are assessing several sites around the Upper Coomera/Pimpama area and should make a decision by the end of 2021 with the view to be operational late 2022. Silver Fox Brew Co is currently searching for a head brewer, who will assist in the design process of the brewery, and we also would look for active members wishing to brew their own beer cheaply and easily without creating a mess at home.
