- A passion to produce high quality different beers, and a willingness to experiment
- Have a strong desire to be involved in the development of a brew pub with a difference
- A sound knowledge of liquor compliance, ATO requirements and OH & S
- Three years or more of brewing experience will be highly regarded
- Recognised brewing qualification is highly desirable, but not necessary
- Sound inter personal, communication and planning skills
- Will need to work as a part of the team, but also work independently as required
- A willingness to train and develop other brewers, and staff members
- Irregular working hours may be required
- An attractive remuneration package will be negotiated with the successful candidate

Hemp is the most versatile plant used by humans for the last 10,000 years. Hemp, sometimes referred to as industrial hemp is from the Cannabis sativa family, and is grown in many parts of the world.
It has been cultivated for more than 10,000 years and is one of the fastest growing plants on earth.
